Afrobeats singer, Eedris Turayo Abdulkareem Ajenifuja, better known as Eedris Abdulkareem, has directed a new message at President Bola Ahmed Tinubu through a brand-new song titled, “Beg Your Papa”.
The music video, which is another bold political statement from the artist, made the rounds on Instagram on Monday, 2 November 2026.
Speaking on the state of the nation, the “Jagajaga” hitmaker urged the president’s son, Seyi Tinubu, to speak to his father about the plight of Nigerians.

Eedris’s raps in the track also drew a sharp contrast between the president’s role as a family man and his leadership of the country.
The singer, known for decades of using music as social commentary, said whilst giving the advice: “Seyi Tinubu, how you dey, help beg your papa. Your papa na good father to you but na bad for Nigerians.”
Beyond the personal appeal to Seyi, the veteran singer also targets the tax law and electoral system in the country, taking aim at the Nigerian legislature, whom he accused of passing the tax law whilst allegedly waiting to rig the next election before implementing it.
Eedris also wove together three of Nigeria’s major languages—Yoruba, Igbo, and Hausa—in an attempt to ensure his message cuts across every region and demographic in the country.
