Prior to the development, a car dealer, Abujacar, had shared a video unveiling Burna Boy’s “one-of-one” widebody Bugatti Chiron by a representative from the Dubai-based luxury customisation shop, Venuum.

The custom automobile featured unique modifications, including the singer’s name engraved on the vehicle’s rear spoiler, which is said to be worth N9 billion.

After the exquisite automobile made the rounds on social media, it elicited mixed reactions, as some netizens wondered if the singer would be able to drive the car on Nigeria’s bad roads.

Announcing the purchase of the car during the show, Burna Boy, who marked his 35th birthday on Thursday, 2 July, clapped back at critics of his expensive acquisition, saying, “I buy Bugatti, them ask which road I go drive am—no be today we dey do road like Julius Berger.”
