VIDEO: Mammoth crowd surges at Obi’s rally in Plateau

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, pulled a massive crowd in Jos, the Plateau State capital, today, January 20 when his campaign train arrived the Tin City.

The Plateau rally was the biggest the Labour Party has held since the commencement of the campaign in the north.

The party had earlier held its rally in Kaduna, then moved to Niger and now Plateau.  

The Rwang Pam stadium, the venue of the rally, surged with enthusiastic supporters of Peter Obi, leaving party officials and security personnel with hectic times managing the crowd.

While addressing the monarch, Obi said he has advised donor agencies in his recent trips abroad to stop giving Nigeria aid.

His argument is that Nigeria is capable of being a great nation with the right leadership.

Obi also held a town hall meeting with students from Plateau State where he reeled out his plans to transform Nigeria.
