It is very difficult to walk away from a relationship of many years. Women, most especially, find it hard to end a relationship they are no longer interested in. Rather than being the one to do the break-up, she starts showing her partner some signs to hint him that she’s no longer interested; most of the time via non-verbal communication.
If you are in a relationship, and you feel things are not really the same or the way they ought to be with your partner, it is high time you kept an investigative eye; look out for signs to give you clues on what is going on in your relationship.
Here are seven warning signs to prove she is no longer interested:
1. She suddenly became too busy for you; she doesn’t keep to your date, barely picks your call, and gives numerous excuses on why she cannot see you, etc. This isn’t necessarily a sign that it is over, but if you are used to meeting her frequently, then there is something wrong.
2. When you are together, she finds reason to end the conversation you are both having, or direct her attention to something else. However, when a woman is interested, she puts in the effort by giving you her full attention.
3. She becomes unnecessarily secretive and no longer wants to tell you things or share ideas with you. Whereas she enjoyed doing this before.
4. She barely wants to talk or argue with you. She answers your questions with no show of interest; with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ response. In a situation like this, it is high time you found out if she has a problem, and is the problem as a result of your relationship.
5. If she doesn’t care, she will not show interest by not arguing with you. Again, she starts to argue about every little thing that just doesn’t make sense or needs for argument. And everything you do or say is not right anymore. She attests that every single thing that goes wrong is your fault.
6. When she refuses your gift; especially when you know she really needs that thing and you went out of your way to get it for her; and she is very much aware of this. The reason she rejects the gift is that she feels guilty, because she has already made up her mind to end things with you, and accepting your gift is a sign that she is still interested.
7. She talks about divorce or break-up of other people’s relationship, as a positive thing. Maybe a friend of hers had just broken up with her boyfriend and now she is doing much better.
Most of the points above are assumptions based on commonly used techniques, and as they are signs showed in women, it can also be shown in men too (vice-versa). There is room for interpretations and misunderstandings, but all these can make you wonder if everything is okay and discuss the problems you might have, in the hope of making it right, or letting go if need be.
