Rita Edochie in the now-viral post on her IG, also claimed that Yul’s first wife, May Edochie is the only recognised wife in their family

Veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has sent tongues wagging on social media after revealing the stance of her family on Yul Edochie’s marriage to his second wife, Judy Austin.
The thespian, who is married to Yul’s uncle, in a social media post on Sunday, May 28, said the actor’s first wife, May Edochie is the only recognised wife in their family.
She also called actress and movie producer, Judy Austin, a ‘side chic’, while reiterating her support for May.

Taking to her Instagram page she wrote: “My Darling Daughter Queen May Yul Edochie, You Were Married Legally Traditionally And Church Wedding By Yul Edochie And That Is The Reason You Are The Only Legit, Verified, And Known Wife Of Yul Edochie Fully Recognised By The Entire Family Of The Edochies.
“So all those fighting you with that st*pid side chic, they have God almighty to contend with. Their games will soon be over. Happy Sunday my great people in the world.”
After her post made the rounds on social media, netizens took to the comment section to chastise the veteran actress.
An IG user, lifeofmigos3 wrote: “Mama cloutina. please tell us your own marital story. Can you just allow nature to take its place? Are you God? Let them be and face your own children and business. May don even tire for ur post.”
Another internet user, mabelogieva said: “Please settle both parties.. you are a Mother. Stop all these drama. Everybody get God too.. Remember Yul has kids with Judy Austin.. Even if they break up, the connection will still be there.. YUL is an adult. Call both parties and settle their differences.. it is well.”
