Nigerian online streamer and TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has clarified that his livestream comment that landed him in serious legal trouble in the United Kingdom wasn’t aimed at popular relationship coach and commentator Solomon Buchi.
He addressed the saga on Saturday, September 5, via a video response that has since gone viral across several social media platforms.
It all started during an initial livestream session Peller held alongside a UK cleric, Pastor Tobi, during which he made remarks about a figure he called “Mr Buchi”.
He claimed, “Mr Buchi slept with someone’s wife. They told me his story. Someone told me his story. He’s not a better person. They said he is not a better person.”
However, Buchi, a Nigerian life coach who resides in the United Kingdom, took the comment personally and described the allegation as false.

He went on to claim that the assertion severely impacted his mental health, triggering a nervous breakdown that his general practitioner documented.
He subsequently reported the matter to the Metropolitan Police, noting that Peller was present in the UK at the time.
Taking to his official Instagram page, Buchi wrote, “Peller made a deeply damaging and false accusation that I cheated on my wife with another man’s wife. I have reported the matter to the Metropolitan Police, as he is currently in the UK.”
Pushing back in his latest video, Peller clarified his earlier claims, insisting the name he mentioned could be borne by anyone.
The content creator said: “I was referring to one of my fans, Mr Buchi, whom I had an online banter with, not Solomon Buchi. Is he the only Buchi in the world?”
