British pundit and former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves has argued that Arsenal can beat Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) final, insisting: “They’ve a chance.”
He made the comments on Wednesday night on TNT Sports while analysing the second leg of the semi-final encounter between PSG and Bayern Munich.
On Tuesday, Arsenal booked their place in the UCL final after defeating Atletico Madrid 1-0 at the Emirates, winning the tie 2-1 on aggregate.
A day later, PSG followed suit after holding Bayern to a 1-1 draw in Germany; the French Ligue 1 champions had earlier won the first leg 5-4.
Since the completion of the semi-final stage of the competition, most pundits have named PSG as the favourites to win the final.

Speaking on the UCL final, Hargreaves cautioned that the Gunners should not be written off, saying they are capable of beating Luis Enrique’s men.
He did, however, acknowledge that PSG possess multiple attacking threats capable of causing damage.
“Arsenal have a chance [to win the Champions League ahead of PSG], without a doubt,” Hargreaves said.
“With their defence, goalkeeper, and Declan Rice deeper in midfield, they can definitely do it in a one-off game. But PSG have so many ways to hurt you.
“It’ll be fascinating, but this is a different Arsenal now.”
