Edo State Deputy Governor Philip Shaibu has terminated the appointment of his chief of staff, Inusa Imonofi.
Shaibu’s Chief Press Secretary, Musa Ebhomiana, made this known in a statement on Thursday, adding that Imonofi has been replaced by the former occupant of the office, Kingsley Ehigiamusor.
The statement did not say the reason for the change.
Shaibu, however, thanked Imonofi for the services rendered as chief of staff and wished him well in his future endeavours.

He said he looked forward to working with Imonofi again in future.
Ehigiamusor, a public affairs commentator and lawyer from Igueben Local Government, was the Minority Chief Whip from 2007 to 2015, and Chairman, House Committee on Judiciary, Public Petition and Legal Matter.
He was first appointed by Governor Godwin Obaseki on November 16, 2016, shortly after his inauguration.
