Afrobeats singer and songwriter Martins Okechukwu Justice, better known as J. Martins, survived an auto-crash on Monday after his car veered off the highway and plunged into the bush.
The incident occurred along the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt expressway after the vehicle reportedly suffered brake failure.
According to the artist, the impact of the brake failure forced the car off the expressway, sending it into the thick bush at high speed.

The ‘Touching Body’ crooner, who is a Senior Special Assistant to the Abia State Governor on Tourism and Entertainment, went on to describe the experience as “terrible” and thanked God for saving him.
He further revealed to his fans that he did not sustain any injuries from the accident.
J. Martins is best known for his songs ‘Oyoyo,’ ‘Jupa,’ and ‘Good Or Bad,’ as well as his big hit ‘Cool Temper.’
Beyond his solo work, he featured prominently on the P-Square track, ‘E No Easy’ and has worked with artists including Phyno, YCEE, Fally Ipupa, DJ Arafat, Koffi Olomide, and Timaya.
