Nollywood actress and social media influencer, Iyabo Ojo, has justified her decision to remain silent despite repeated insults and death wishes allegedly directed at her family by fellow thespian, Lizzy Anjorin.
Speaking via a post she shared on her Instagram page on Sunday, the mother of two made it clear that she is avoiding her colleague’s drama deliberately.
She, however, admitted that it has been difficult to hold her peace, while also assuring her fan that her lawyers are keeping records of all the allegations and will act accordingly at the right time.

She went on to say she devoted the past few months to welcoming her grandson, and supporting her daughter, Priscilla through motherhood.
While addressing her supporters, Ojo wrote, “I’ve seen all your DMs, voice notes, and questions about my silence despite all the defamatory statements, insults, death wishes, and curses aimed at my family, especially my grandson. Honestly, I struggle to hold my peace, but sometimes silence is necessary. Who God has blessed, no one can curse.”
The actress further promised her fans that the matter will be addressed directly once she returns to Lagos.
She also expressed gratitude to them for their messages and concerns, urging them to remain patient until the right time.
