Iheanacho joined Turkish second-division outfit Bursaspor during the summer after winning the Scottish title with Celtic.

Super Eagles striker Kelechi Iheanacho has expressed his excitement after scoring a goal and providing an assist during his debut for Turkish second-tier side Bursaspor.
The 29-year-old forward made his feelings known on Sunday while speaking with beIN Sports after his new club started the campaign with a 2-0 away win over Bodrum FK.
Iheanacho, who signed for the Turkish outfit from Scottish club Celtic in the summer, opened the scoring for the visitors in the 27th minute before registering an assist in the 45th minute.

Following his impressive performance in the intriguing encounter played at Bodrum İlçe Stadı, Bodrum, the Nigeria international was named ‘Man of the Match’.
Reacting to the award, Iheanacho, who was delighted with the outcome of the game—especially his ability to help his new team—said: “I’m very happy.
“Early matches are tough. I’m delighted we won. I’m also thrilled to have scored a goal and provided an assist.”
