BREAKING: Supreme Court dismisses Atiku’s appeal, upholds Tinubu’s victory

The seven-member panel of the Supreme Court agreed that Atiku’s appeal lacked merit.

The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the appeal of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, against the judgement of the tribunal on President Bola Tinubu’s electoral victory.

The seven-member panel of the apex court agreed that Atiku’s appeal lacked merit.
