Brazil 2014: Danagogo backs Keshi to succeed

The Minister of Sports and Chairman National Sports Commission (NSC), Dr. Tammy Danagogo has commended Super Eagles Chief Coach, Stephen Keshi for formally naming a 30-man provisional squad preparatory to the FIFA World Cup holding in Brazil in June.

The Minister said he is convinced that Keshi and his technical crew are capable of delivering the expectations of Nigerians for the World Cup.

 

 

He also told the team handler’s to commence serious preparation for the assignment at hand to ensure that the players give their best at the World Cup.

“It is good that he has named a provisional squad and I plead with Nigerians to give him the maximum co-operation in the discharge of his duties.

 

 

“What remains now is for the technical crew to begin serious preparation so that the players put in their best when the competition kicks off next month, “he said.
