Police have arrested Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality star and influencer, Anita Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, at her Lagos residence.
This was disclosed by media entrepreneur Seun Oloketuyi in a recent post he shared on his official Instagram page.
According to him, the 30-year-old internet personality was picked up by the security agency on Sunday, August 30, 2026, after failing to honour police invites.
He added that the three summonses by the police were issued between May and August 2026.

Taking to his verified handle, Oloketuyi wrote: “Tacha has been arrested today by NPF. Arrested early this morning after she was sent three invitations btw May and August by NPF-NCCC but she decided not to honor the IVs.”
While the reason for her arrest remains unknown, the police are yet to officially address the reported arrest of the reality star.
Tacha took part in Season 4 of BBNaija, which was titled the “Pepper Dem” edition in 2019.
She was, however, disqualified for breaking house rules against physical violence and showing an intent to harm.
Following a loud verbal argument with the eventual winner, Mercy Eke, Tacha pushed and shoved her during the fight and went on to pull her hair twice on separate occasions.
