Senegal winger Ismaila Sarr has expressed disappointment following the Teranga Lions’ 3-2 defeat to Norway in their second World Cup group game, vowing that he and his teammates will bounce back.

Following their narrow victory, Norway joined Didier Deschamps’ men in the Round of 32 from the group.
Senegal, on the other hand, now need to beat Iraq in their final group game to have any chance of making it to the knockout stages.
Reacting to the loss against Norway, the Crystal Palace winger, who netted a brace for Senegal in the match, said they will work hard to beat the Asian side.
”It was tough. We’re a little disappointed. But it’s not over yet; there’s still a third game to play. We’re going to go there to win it, and we’re going to work hard,” Sarr was quoted by FIFA.com.
