According to the Professor, Peter Obi, who was the former Anambra state governor, will defeat the presidential candidates of the two major political parties, All Progressives Congress (APC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) even though he is contesting on the platform of a smaller party because the electorates are desperate for change.

Former Lagos state governor Ahmed Bola Tinubu is the flag bearer of the ruling party, APC, while the former vice president, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, is contesting the 2023 presidential election on the platform of the major opposition party, PDP.

Both political parties are considered favourites to win the election because of their structures and war chest, however, Peter Obi remained a dark horse who many think can spring a surprise.

Despite the strengths of the two major parties, Pat Utomi believes Obi will be victorious because Nigerians are tired of the two political parties due to their poor performance over time, he also said the time has come to save the country.

“Nigeria is at dead end. Nigeria is bankrupt technically. Nigeria cannot pay its debt. Nigerians need a change and that change is Peter Obi”. he said.

Utomi also argued that contrary to the impression that the Labour party does not have the required structure to win the election, it is even more equipped than the two major parties.

He added, “With the structure that we have, I am guaranteeing that on the election day, in every polling station in this country, there are at least 15 people who are standing up for the third force to support the Labour party candidate,”
