Ahead of Ondo State Governorship election, Zenith Labour Party has fixed April 18. 2024 for its party primaries.
The state chairman Oyebamiji Oladipo Lawrence who made this known while speaking with Journalists in Akure, the state capital said all the Gubernatorial Aspirants have been duly informed about the date.
According to him, the date which was fixed by the National Secretariat of the party has also been communicated to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Oyebamiji expressed confidence that Zenith Labour Party in the state is on the path to victory in the forthcoming governorship election in Ondo State
“It is a source of pride that the ZLP National Working Committee under the leadership of Chief (Barr.) Dan Nwanyanwu has assured all the Aspirants of a level playing field to guarantee the emergence of a popular candidate based on majority votes in the party primaries.
“The ZLP will win the November governorship election by a landslide in Ondo state and I want appeal to the electorates to give ZLP candidate the necessary support to ensure that the party emerge victorious in the coming elections,” he added.
