Nollywood actor and movie producer, Yul Edochie, has offered words of advice to his fellow men, noting that, “Your respect as a man is non-negotiable.”
He offered the counsel on Wednesday in a now-trending post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) page.
According to the 44-year-old thespian, respect is a man’s entitlement in marriage, and every man ought to stop tolerating disrespectful partners.

Advising men who are being disrespected, the actor encouraged them to move on to a respectful partner and end the marriage immediately.
“Men, stop tolerating nonsense in the name of marriage or a relationship. If your wife or girlfriend doesn’t respect you, dump her immediately and get someone who respects you,” he said.
Yul’s cryptic post elicited mixed reactions among netizens, who flocked to the comment section to offer their opinions.
While some fans linked the post to his marriage to his estranged wife, May Edochie, others either disagreed with him or shared his sentiments.
