“We are members of the same political family and yes, we are humans so there will be time for disagreement and time to settle your disagreement, that has been settled today.

“We have come to report to Mr President that this is what we have agreed; so for me everything is over and I enjoy everybody who wants to work with us to work with everybody as there will be no more acrimony.”

A tussle between Wike and Fubara over who controls the political architecture in the state recently led to a declaration of a state of emergency and the suspension of the governor for six months by President Tinubu.

The president also appointed a Sole Administrator to preside over the state while the state of emergency is in force.
