Legendary Arsenal manager, Arsène Wenger has said The Gunners are unlikely to win the English Premier League (EPL) title this season.
He made the remark during Liverpool’s 2-0 win against league champions, Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
A day earlier, second placed Arsenal suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at home to West Ham.
The result left the North Londoners eight points behind table topping Liverpool.
That gap has now widened to 11 points after Arne Slot’s side secured victory against City.

Speaking on beIN SPORTS at half-time of the game at the Etihad, Wenger gave Arsenal 20 per cent chance of winning the Premier League title.
He said: “If Liverpool win today then you could say it’s 80% [likely they win the title].”
Quizzed further on Arsenal’s chances, Wenger added: “You have to keep hope! [Arsenal have] a 20% chance. Maybe I’m being generous…”
“But with 11 games to go, 11 points ahead and one more game played, of course, you would be surprised.
“If Liverpool win today they’ve lost only game since the start of the season and you wouldn’t think they would lose four games in the last 11”
Liverpool host Newcastle United next, while Arsenal travel to Nottingham Forest.
