The election count in still underway, but some voters in OredoWard 11 area of Edo State are not waiting for the final whistle. They are already in celebration mood. They say Obaseki swept the five polling units in the area.
Obaseki is from Oredo, the area with the largest voting strength in Edo South Senatorial district where PDP is believed to be strong.
It is however premature to celebrate since the results from other areas are still pouring in.
But an activist, Deji Adeyanju, thinks the celebration can be cut short when the collation begins at the ward level.
