Umahi also claimed that his experience in engineering makes him a “professor” in the field.

Minister of Works, David Umahi and Television host, Rufai Oseni, had a go at each other on Tuesday morning when the minister appeared on Arise TV programme, ‘The Morning Show’.
Oseni, who was one of the show’s anchors, while questioning Umahi accused the minister of reporting him to President Bola Tinubu over his views on the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road.
Responding, a visibly angry Umahi, who claimed that he is a “professor” in the field of engineering due to his experience, told Oseni that he is too inconsequential to be reported to the president.
He said, “Keep quiet and stop saying what you don’t know. I’m a professor in this field. You don’t understand anything.
“You are too small for me to report the President. Stop saying I reported you to the President, you’re too small,”
Umahi added, “I understand engineering very well. You have no knowledge of what you ask. You have no knowledge of what you’re asking.”
Reacting, Oseni, who had earlier demanded to know the year the minister qualified as a professor said, “Minister, it’s it’s alright, keep dignifying yourself, and let the world know who you truly are.”
