Four aides of Edo State Deputy Governor, Pius Odubu, who were attacked by gunmen on April 30 have recovered their health and are back on their feet.
They were shot when Odubu was addressing delegates at the All Progressives Congress (APC) secretariat in Auchi.
It was learnt that all the victims have been discharged from hospital after being found to be in good health.
A source in the Odubu campaign office confirmed that the escort commander, Inspector Felix Agge, who was also shot in the eye, underwent surgery to remove the bullets lodged in his eye.
A thanksgiving service may be held in their honour soon, according to the source.
The police are investigating the case.
