Over time, I gained experience in various aspects of real estate, from property development to sales and marketing. Q: What makes Lagos such an attractive location for real estate investment?

As the commercial and economic hub of Nigeria, Lagos offers a wealth of opportunities for real estate investors. Whether you’re looking for a luxury apartment in Victoria Island or a commercial property in Ikeja, there is no shortage of options in Lagos.

Q: You specialize in working with Nigerians in the diaspora. What are some of the unique challenges that they face when investing in Lagos real estate?

A: One of the biggest challenges that Nigerians in the diaspora face is the lack of local knowledge and expertise. They may not be familiar with the different neighbourhoods in Lagos or understand the local real estate market. This can make it difficult for them to identify the best real estate opportunities and negotiate favourable deals. That’s where I come in, I can provide the local expertise and guidance that they need to make informed real estate decisions.
