Arsenal legend, Ray Parlour, has urged his former club to replace their main striker, Gabriel Jesus with England international, Ivan Toney during the January transfer window.

Prior to the FIFA World Cup break, Jesus was in scintillating form with the Gunners, helping Mikel Arteta’s side to a 5 points lead over Premier League champions, Manchester City.

The Brazil international has since undergone surgery, which is expected to keep him out of action for up to three months,

Reacting to the development, Ray Parlour, who played as a midfielder for Arsenal during his playing days,  asks the Gunners to sign Brentford’s striker, Ivan Toney as Jesus’s replacement in January.

He said “The problem you’re going to have in January is who’s available? I’ve always said, Ivan Toney, I’d go and try to get him.
