Veteran Nollywood star and director Ramsey Nouah has stated that talent alone cannot sustain a long career in acting, attributing his enduring success to discipline.
He made this known on Wednesday during a trending video interview that circulated on Instagram.
Speaking about the lessons learned throughout his career and how he has managed to stay relevant in the film industry, Nouah credited his longevity to self-discipline.

While acknowledging the role natural talent plays in acting, the 55-year-old noted that it is simply not enough, adding that discipline is what ensures consistency when inspiration fails.
In the video clip, Nouah said:
”One thing I have learned over the years is that talent may open the door, but discipline is what keeps you moving forward. Discipline is what actually keeps you consistent when inspiration fails you.”
