Raging fire traps, kills 17 Almajiri students in dormitory in Zamfara
A massive fire has reportedly killed at least 17 Almajiri students in Kaura Namoda local government area of Zamfara State on Tuesday, February 4.
According to a report, the tragic incident occurred on the night of Tuesday and lasted for about three hours before it was brought under control.
Several other students were said to have sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical attention.

Eyewitnesses described the fire as devastating, noting that efforts to contain it were hampered by its intensity.
Local authorities and emergency responders arrived at the scene to provide assistance, but the inferno had already caused severe casualties.
