Popular Port Harcourt pastor, Aromaegbe, is dead.

​Founder and General Overseer of Rock Word Church and Dominion International, Pastor (Dr) Adamson Aromaegbe, has passed away at the age of 69.

​His death was confirmed on Sunday via a statement issued by Rev. Nnamdi Echezona and shared on the ministry’s Facebook page.

​According to the post, the Port Harcourt-based gospel preacher, who was described as “a faithful servant of God, visionary leader, teacher, mentor and Kingdom builder”, died on Friday.

​The church leadership urged members and well-wishers to keep the deceased’s family, the church, and the entire Dominion International family in their prayers.

​Echezona further stated that details regarding the “Celebration of Life” for the clergyman will be communicated in due course.

​According to the statement: “Dr Aromaegbe was a faithful servant of God, visionary leader, teacher, mentor and Kingdom builder whose life and ministry touched countless lives.

​“Though we deeply miss his physical presence, we rejoice in the hope we have in Christ and celebrate a life well lived, a race well run, and a legacy that will continue for generations.”

​Meanwhile, details of the circumstances surrounding the death of Pastor Aromaegbe remain sketchy as at the time of this report.
