POEMS: Inmates of time

82. Lift the Darkness

The cocks yet crow,

the mouth yet sour,

listen.

Play deaf to the flutes

of the day

that blow chasm our gap

and gloom our morning.

I love you

nobody believes

even you,

you are unconvinced.

Now on my knees,

I plead lift the darkness in your eyes

and see my bleeding,

and in the river of my blood

the cells of my love for you.

Lift the darkness in you,

let me adore you

and we shall live

endlessly joyful after dusk,

the gloom of the world

83. Devoid Moments

A day without She

is like a ramshackle  Bolekaja Bus

hurdling along a road stuffed

gaping pothole.

The night is an embrace

with loneliness on a long steep vicious ladder,

a dance in agonizing thought,

an Owl all night.

What again?

Yes, I sit by and watch

the soundless motion picture

that becomes my world.

But I wait
