Former Super Eagles head coach, Sunday Oliseh, has lauded French champions, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after they knocked out Premier League leaders, Liverpool from the UEFA Champions League (UCL).
Luis Enrique’s side defeated the Reds 4-1 on penalities in the second leg of their UCL Round of 16 contest.
Prior to this, Liverpool despite being outplayed by PSG in Paris snatched a first leg 1-0 victory thanks, to Harvey Elliot’s late winner.
However, Ousmane Dembele put PSG in front as early as the 12th minute of the return leg at Anfield.
The tie eventually ended 1-1 on aggregate after 120 minutes.

PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma was the hero of the night after keeping out spot kicks from Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones.
Reacting to the outcome of the UCL encounter via his X page, Oliseh acknowledged that the PSG players are extremely talented.
He went on to add that he “Had a blast watching them as they eliminated Liverpool on penalties”
Speaking via his verified social media handle Oliseh tweeted, “Damn, this Paris Saint-Germain squad is extremely talented. I just love the way they actively steal balls from the opposition and play in triangles.
“Had a blast watching them as they eliminated Liverpool on penalties, 1-4. Bravo, coach Luis Enrique!”
PSG after knocking out Liverpool, will now face either Aston Villa or Club Brugge in the quarter-final of the UCL.
