Nottingham Forest opened the scoring in the 24th minute of the encounter against Liverpool through Dan Ndoye.

Nottingham Forest have played out a 2-2 draw with Liverpool in their second Premier League fixture, played at Anfield in the early kick-off on Saturday.
The visitors opened the scoring in the 24th minute after Dan Ndoye slotted home from Morgan Gibbs-White’s pass, following a simple long ball over the top that caught out the Liverpool defence.
The Reds drew level on the hour mark when Alexander Isak tapped into an empty net from Cody Gakpo’s pinpoint low cross.

The referee then adjudged that Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson had brought down Neco Williams after a quick throw-in from Forest’s new signing, Liam Delap.
Gibbs-White later stepped up to give Forest the lead once again in the 70th minute.
However, as they did at Newcastle last weekend, Liverpool battled back, with Muñoz thumping the ball home off the crossbar to equalise.
The match eventually ended in a stalemate as neither side could find a winner in regulation time.
