Nigerians are not happy with the anchor of The Candidates on Wednesday, a programme for presidential candidates in the February poll.
They complain that she was too hard on the duo of Atiku and Obi and rather soft on Buhari and Osinbajo.
They said she handled Buhari with kid’s glove and could not marshal out the tough questions she did for Atiku. She was accused of being paid by the opposition to grill Atiku and Obi.
But others have to her defense saying it her job to play the devil’s advocate during the interview.
“This is for pple who’ve no training in journalism: during interviews, d journalist is supposed to act as d devil’s advocate, i.e., someone who takes d “other” side just for d sake of argument. Kadaria is playing d devil’s advocate. She may be a Buharist, but this is not the proof,” Farook Kperogi said,
