Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers has arrived in England ahead of completing a £117m move to West London outfit Chelsea.
According to Sky Sports, the Englishman touched down on Monday morning and is expected to undergo a medical before signing a six-year contract with the Blues, which includes the option of a further year until 2033.
The 23-year-old flew back from the United States on Sunday following England’s third-place finish at the World Cup.

Rogers is now set to finalise his move to Stamford Bridge and join Xabi Alonso’s squad in the coming days.
Chelsea moved quickly to seal the deal ahead of Arsenal, who were unwilling to match that price tag despite Rogers being their number one forward target.
Once the transfer is completed, it will become the second most expensive signing in English football history, trailing only the massive fee of £125 million paid for Alexander Isak by Liverpool.
However, Rogers will break the record for the most expensive English player in history, eclipsing the £116 million Manchester City paid for Elliot Anderson.
