Fabrics and colours every woman should be wearing in this scorching hot weather

Before I dive into telling you details about what to wear and the colours that fit the weather, we have to know why the weather is very hot.
El Niño is a natural weather phenomenon that occurs when the temperature of the ocean in the Pacific becomes warmer than normal. This can affect weather conditions in different parts of the world, leading to changes in rainfall and unusually high temperatures in some areas.
With the hot weather, it is relevant for women to know and also pay attention to the type of clothes they wear. Apart from looking fashionable, comfort should also be a priority.

During hot weather, women are advised to wear light, loose-fitting clothes that allow air to circulate around the body. Wearing tight clothes or heavy materials can make one feel even hotter and uncomfortable.
One fabric I would recommend is cotton. Cotton is soft, light and breathable, and it also absorbs sweat, making it a good choice for hot weather.
Linen is another which can be recommended because it is lightweight and allows the body to stay comfortable
Fashion experts often suggest lightweight fabrics because of their breathability and comfort.

When choosing clothes for hot weather, colours are also important. I would recommend light colours such as white, cream, sky blue, baby pink, lemon yellow and lavender. These colours reflect more sunlight and also give a fresh and simple appearance.
Basically, you can wear oversized shirts paired with comfortable trousers, or linen trousers with simple tops.
Lightweight two piece outfits can also be helpful, like flowing skirts with short sleeves tops.
Women can also accessorise with sunglasses, sandals, light handbags and hats to complete their outfits.
Don’t forget to also use deodorants because heat produces body smell that could be unpleasant.
