Embattled President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Aminu Maigari, may have in a diplomatic move to survive another developing ouster from office as he sneaked into the National Sports Commission (NSC) to meet with the Minister of Sports, Dr. Tammy Danagogo.

Maigari whose media snarl dogs are biting the minister on facebook and other social media platforms took the gambit with the unscheduled visit. He arrived and made straight for the minister’s office. Though, the details of what they discussed were not made public.
Maigari’s visit negates the daring challenge posed to the Federal Government by his board who spoke through Chief Emeka Inyama that they are ready for probe.
A source close to Maigari hinted us that he has only come to pay solidarity and show loyalty to the minister and possibly, quell any attempt by the Federal Government to dig deep into how his administration spent the billions of money and foreign currencies released to the his board since four years back.
Our source revealed that the minister was very calm and diplomatic in the course of the visit. The question is, will Maigari’s visit stave off the probe of the Federal Government?
