Popular Nigerian dancer, singer, songwriter and model, Anita Chukwumfumnaya Obidi better known as Korra Obidi has refuted claims that she married her American ex-husband, Justin Dean, because of his wealth.
Korra Obidi also revealed that she paid half of her bride price and paid her ex-husband a $50,000 settlement after their divorce.
The dancer made this known during a recent Facebook live session with her fans, while responding to some netizens who accused her of marrying Justin because he is a rich American citizen.
These allegations come days after the songwriter bought and flaunted her new house.

Aiming digs at Korra Obidi in her comment section, some social media users alleged she got a divorce after earning enough money from Justin and living the American life she had always desired.
Reacting to the comments during the live social media chat with her fans, the dancer denied the allegations, boasting she paid part of her bride price and settled her ex-hubby with $50,000 after divorce.
She said: “I met Justin in China where our love affair started. I paid half of my bride price during the marriage ceremony.
“I paid that man $50,000. He did not give me one dime. I had to settle him after divorce.”
