Jegede, Akeredolu queue with other voters at polling units

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eyitayo Jegede, has arrived his polling unit and joined other voters to cast his vote. So, is his opponent, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu.

The voting commenced at 8 AM with a huge number of voters trooping out to have a say in the exercise.

The voter turnout in Akure is particularly huge. Despite the hazy weather, voters are not deterred by the condition.
