Newcastle manager Matthias Jaissle has stated categorically that his left-back, Lewis Hall, has no chance of moving to Old Trafford to join Manchester United in this summer transfer window.
This was revealed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Monday in a now-trending post shared on his official X account.
Man United hold a strong interest in Newcastle United left-back Lewis Hall and view him as the ideal long-term replacement for Luke Shaw.
However, according to Romano, Jaissle—whose side drew 2-2 at St James’ Park with Liverpool on Sunday night—told Viaplay that there is “no chance” of selling him.

Taking to his verified handle, the Italian journalist wrote: “Newcastle manager Matthias Jaissle confirms Lewis Hall will NOT join Manchester United.
“No chance, no chance.”
Newcastle have already lost several key players this season, losing winger Anthony Gordon to Barcelona, Sandro Tonali to Tottenham Hotspur, and Bruno Guimarães to Arsenal.
