Former Barcelona midfielder Andrés Iniesta has advised his country, Spain, on how to win the upcoming World Cup final against defending champions Argentina on Sunday.
The ex-Spanish international gave the counsel recently while speaking with the popular football website, Tribal Football.
During the interview, Iniesta also warned La Roja that it would be completely impossible to shut Messi down during the encounter.

Despite that, however, the Spanish tactician urged Spain to focus on their own game during the encounter and not worry solely about Messi.
He went on to assure them that they will win their second World Cup trophy if they create chances and ensure they are clinical in front of goal.
Advising Luis de la Fuente on how he should manage the match, Iniesta said: “Shutting him [Messi] down completely is impossible. It will be more about how much Spain can hurt Argentina with their own game, creating chances, and being clinical when they come along.
”There are no words, or I just don’t know how to describe it. The determination, conviction, and everything he does in every single game is something you just have to take your hat off to.”
