Nottingham Forest head coach, Vítor Pereira, has described Taiwo Awoniyi as a player who ‘brings everything’ to the pitch following his impressive performance against Chelsea on Monday afternoon.
The Nigerian striker was the hero as the Tricky Trees defeated Chelsea 3-1 in a Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge.
Awoniyi, who was making his 100th appearance, scored twice in a crucial game for Forest.

The 28-year-old was also instrumental in winning the penalty that Igor Jesus stepped up to convert, after Awoniyi was fouled inside the box in the 20th minute.
So far, the Nigerian has scored four goals and registered one assist in 14 league appearances for Forest this season.
“He brings everything. Taiwo Awoniyi is a dangerous player. He is not on the list for the Europa League, but we know he will push the defensive line of the opponents,” Pereira was quoted by vavel.com while eulogising the forward.
On Thursday, Forest will face Aston Villa in the second leg of their UEFA Europa League semi-final tie.
