The Livitsar Support Group for Alia/Tinubu 2027 has said it spent over N1.5 billion on projects and welfare programs across Benue State.

The group also said it funded the construction of 35 solar motorized boreholes with reticulation, alongside donations of food items, financial empowerment packages, and relief materials for vulnerable communities.

These efforts span across all twenty-three local government areas in the state.

Founded by Engineer Livinus Tsar, a close ally of Governor Hyacinth Alia, Livitsar has also launched statewide sensitization and campaign efforts for the reelection of President Bola Tinubu and Governor Alia in 2027.

According to Chief Philips Achuah, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the group says it is targeting over two million votes in Benue and plans to extend its outreach to Kogi, Nasarawa, Taraba, Plateau, and other Middle Belt states.

“We have started mobilizing voters. Our goal is to secure more than two million votes for President Tinubu and Father Alia in Benue,” Achuah stated during a phone interview.

He emphasized that Livitsar has demonstrated that one can support government meaningfully without holding a political office or receiving public funds.

Achuah added that the entire project funding has come from the personal resources of Engineer Tsar, who remains committed to grassroots development and political mobilization.

Pastor Jacob Agede, State Chairman of the group, noted that Livitsar is the only group that has carried out impactful projects in support of both the president and governor.

He revealed plans to meet with the APC National Chairman to present Livitsar’s roadmap for the 2027 elections.

Agede stated that the group has already reached thousands of voters across the 23 local government areas and has firmly committed to delivering at least two million votes in Benue alone.

He disclosed that Livitsar has established offices in every LGA and council ward, adding that more boreholes will be drilled to reach all communities.

He also announced the installation of digital solar lights in eight rural communities as part of the group’s visibility and development agenda.

According to him, the group has distributed several trucks of rice, garri, maize, and beans to vulnerable groups across Benue.

In a bold infrastructural effort, the group is currently constructing a local bridge linking Ushongo and Vandeikya LGAs, to further mobilize voters in remote communities.

Agede described Engineer Tsar as a “loyal and resourceful ally” of Governor Alia, earning respect across the state for his humanitarian efforts.

The group boasts over one million registered members, all working to secure victory for Tinubu and Alia in the next general elections.

Livitsar has also distributed thousands of Hollandaise wrappers to traditional rulers, widows, and women, as well as extended financial empowerment to thousands of youth and women.

“What this means is that it’s Governor Alia who is indirectly driving President Tinubu’s reelection through his ally, Tsar, who has brought relief and development to the grassroots,” Agede said.

He noted that the group plans to install solar boreholes in every council ward, especially in areas where electricity is unavailable.

“So far, we’ve spent over N1 billion on boreholes and more than N500 million on food. We’ve also committed hundreds of millions to empowerment, logistics, and motorcycles for mobilizers,” Agede concluded.

“We are ready to do more. With greater support, we will deliver millions of votes for Tinubu and Alia in 2027″, he noted
