Over two million tweets and counting shows fans’ admiration for Arya Stark in Episode 3, Season 8 of the Game of Thrones, who killed the dreaded King of the of White Walkers, the Knight King at the battle of Winterfell.
Arya, played by Maisie Williams, encountered the leader of the Army of the Dead during the epic battle of Winterfell and leapt to end his reign as the Knight King in this weeks episode.
Mustering all her training as a cold-blooded assassin, Arya used the dagger, made of Valerian steel, given to her by her brother, Bran Stark and takes out the Knight King.
She’s been hailed as the epitome of courage by fans who see her action as heroic.
Analysts believe that Arya may have fulfilled a prophecy by Lady Melisadre who told her she sees her ending the lives of famous people.
Arya has had a traumatic childhood having watched her father executed by Geoffrey in Kings Landing for prying into the life of the Lannisters.
She began training as an assassin with her little sword she nicknamed the Needle.
