Fans react as receipt of Davido’s Lamborghini clearance fee surfaces

It was reported that the luxury Lamborghini Aventador is worth over N300 million and he spent N77 million for its clearance

Award-winning singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has received mixed reactions from social media fans after the cost of clearing his Lamborghini at the Nigerian port surfaced.

Recall that the singer, in December 2021, shared the news of the acquisition with his fans through his instastory with a captioned : “Christmas came early”.

Davido who took the delivery of the Lamborghini Aventador nearly three months after he splashed millions of naira on the Italian-made sports car, called for prayers for the country as he decried the amount he had to pay for the clearance.

In a tweet on Wednesday, the singer said, “You don’t even wanna know how much I just paid to clear my Lambo. Pray for Nigeria…Jesus” .

Going by what’s on the paper, Davido spent N77M for clearance.

Fans are in awe over the outrageous amount Davido spent on the Lamborghini Aventador clearance.

Reacting to this, cybernauts have expressed surprise over the unthinkable sum that was easily thrown out by the crooner.

Replying to his latest tweet, a fan said : “And there’s still Maybach clearance.” — a tweet that refers to the singer’s latest ride, the Mercedes-AMG GLS 600 SUV.

Responding to the tweet, Davido hinted that his dad, Adedeji Adeleke, would settle the clearance fee for the Mercedes-AMG GLS 600 SUV.

“Omo I am my father’s child for that one.”

An ultra-luxury Mercedes-AMG GLS 600 SUV has since joined the singers impressive fleet of cars.

Davido’s Mercedes-AMG GLS 600 SUV, worth over ₦170 Million to own in Nigeria, hasn’t been shipped to Nigeria.
