“It is therefore honorable to relinquish the remains of the party to them while the majority of us earnestly align with the new coalition party, the African Democratic Congress (ADC).”

The former presidential aspirant went on to express his gratitude to the ward-level party leadership for their unwavering support throughout the years.

Momodu joined the PDP in 2021 and actively engaged in national debates and party affairs.

His departure follows a series of resignations by notable figures disenchanted with internal party dynamics.
