Chris Sutton predicts wins for Arsenal, Man City, home defeat for Spurs

​Sutton also expects the Premier League clash between Fulham and Manchester United at the Cottage to end in a score draw.

​British commentator and former Chelsea star Chris Sutton has forecasted that Premier League champions Arsenal and 2025/26 runners-up Manchester City will win their fixtures this weekend.

​He made his Premier League Matchweek 5 predictions on Thursday in his weekly BBC Sport column.

​According to the ex-striker, Arsenal will edge their game 2–1 against high-flying Brighton on Saturday at the American Express Stadium.

​He also expects Man City to beat visiting Sunderland by the same scoreline in their fixture scheduled for the Etihad Stadium.

​On the Friday night kick-off, Sutton said Brentford will play out a 2–2 draw against West London rivals Chelsea at the Gtech Community Stadium.

​He went on to suggest that Tottenham Hotspur will suffer a 2–1 home defeat, while Fulham will hold Manchester United to a 2–2 draw on Sunday at Craven Cottage.
