Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 11 housemate, Whitney Nneoma Chukwu, better known as Nomy, has been disqualified and removed from the ‘Show Ya Sef’ house.

The eviction of the Lagos-based fashion entrepreneur was announced on Monday, September 7, 2026, via the show’s official Instagram page.

Nomy’s troubles started after she failed to comply with a “benchwarmer” outfit directive that was assigned as a consequence of her performance in a HoH challenge.

Despite receiving a strike and a final warning for failing to carry out the order, she continued to disregard Big Brother’s instructions. The decision proved costly and ultimately sealed her fate.

While sending the 26-year-old out of the house, Biggie said, “You were reminded that participation is a privilege. And effective immediately, your privilege is hereby revoked. You have 30 minutes to gather your belongings and leave the Big Brother house. Your time starts now. To the rest of the house, move to the garden immediately. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five.”

Nomy is the ninth housemate to leave the reality show; her exit follows the evictions of Gerard, Martins, Mercedes, Kamsy, Cassi, Sultex, and Goddessa, alongside the voluntary exit of Neche from the competition.

Meanwhile, Biggie’s decision to send her packing has since generated mixed feelings among netizens; while some felt it was deserved, others argued that her exit was a privilege revocation rather than a standard disqualification.

An internet user, @_beekay_baby, wrote: “She worked so hard for the disqualification, enjoy baby girl.”

A BBNaija fan identified as @evoice_official, said: “There’s no class in arrogance and disrespect. As a lady, learn to be humble.”

@oyizareads added: “She really worked hard for this disqualification. A very well-deserved disqualification, well done to her.”

Another netizen, @zaraleinadsignature, reacted: “Very silly character.”

While @rekynova disagreed that she was evicted, saying: “All these disqualification headlines! Una no hear Biggie?? She was not disqualified! Biggie revoked her entry, meaning she was never in the show!!! Nothing like Nomy is going to be in the history of Big Brother. Her name will be taken off everywhere on their platform. Make she come outside come see say she messed up big time! Tueh!!!!”
