Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has appealed to the general public for funds to undergo what she described as “life-saving surgeries”.
She made the plea on Thursday evening in a now-trending video shared on her official Instagram page.
Although the veteran thespian, who was seen lying on a hospital bed, did not disclose the nature of her ailment, she noted that she urgently needs ₦30 million for three surgical procedures.

While begging Nigerians for financial assistance, Nwosu said, “I can’t keep quiet anymore.”
Extending the plea to family, fans, and colleagues, she added: “I have been hospitalised for three weeks. Please, I need your help; don’t let me die. My fans, friends, family, and colleagues, this was really hard for me to do, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I need urgent life-saving surgeries.”
Sharing her bank account details, she wrote: “Please don’t scroll past. Share this post and support if you can. God bless you, and may you and yours never experience this affliction.”
Prior to her latest appeal, Ngozi Nwosu flew to the United Kingdom in 2013, where she underwent a successful kidney transplant.
