Former winner of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show, model, actress, and television personality Ilebaye Precious Odiniya has called on Nigerians to rescue her from ongoing domestic violence and physical assault.
She made the plea at midnight on Friday during a now-trending video captured during an Instagram Live session.
Ilebaye, who appeared with a swollen face, was heard saying she needed to leave the house, suggesting she had been enduring the abuse for some time.
She was also seen screaming and crying for help while an unidentified man was shown physically assaulting her in the background.

Speaking during the clip, she cried: “Nigerians help me, I need to go. I need to leave this house, I’m being locked up. I’m tired of the assault; please come and help me.”
Reacting to the situation, fellow BBNaija star Tacha took to her Instagram Story to solicit help for her former colleague, calling on anyone residing in Abuja to lead the police to Ilebaye’s house to rescue her.
“I really just want to know who is in Abuja right now that can take the police to Ilebaye’s house. Ilebaye’s face has been ruined. I don’t even know who did it, but from the video I have seen, they are being really brutal,” she urged.
Many fans have also expressed concern for her safety, calling on security agents in the Federal Capital Territory to track down the assailant and put an end to the abuse.
