Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior has said the penalty that his defensive midfielder, Moisés Caicedo, gave away against Leeds was the turning point in their 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.
The English tactician made this known while addressing reporters during his press briefing after the consequential encounter.
Chelsea seemed set to continue their perfect run under Rosenior in the Premier League, thanks to goals from João Pedro and Cole Palmer.
But the visitors, who are trying to avoid relegation, refused to lie down and levelled the scoreline within six minutes in the second half.

Caicedo fouled Jayden Bogle in the penalty area and Lukas Nmecha pulled one back from the spot, before Noah Okafor pounced to roll the ball into an empty net.
Reacting to the dramatic draw, Rosenior pointed to the incident that led to Leeds’ spot-kick, saying it was a “poor decision”.
“Moi [Caicedo] is a magnificent player and has been top since I came in, but we made a poor decision there. We gave away a penalty.
“The penalty goes in, they hit a few long balls, pick up some second balls. The lad handballs it and it affects my players,” he said.
