Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 10 housemate, Kola, has decided to slow down on his pursuit of a romantic relationship with fellow housemate and love interest, Dede.
He had earlier accused her of toying with his emotions after his diary session with Biggie.
Prior to this, Kola had professed love to Dede but she insisted on a platonic relationship, citing her romantic relationship outside the house as her reason.
Despite her explanation, the Ekiti State-born housemate refused to back down and kept pushing for a romantic affair.
However, during his latest conversation with Sabrina on Tuesday night, Kola said he felt his situation with Dede was beginning to look like that of ex-housemates, Ozo and Nengi.
He further said he does not want to be seen like Ozo and vowed to take a step back.

Speaking during the emotional conversation, Sabrina asserted: You are the only one dedicated to her [Dede].
Responding, Kola replied: “She is giving mixed signals.”
Sabrina then said: “Only God knows the conversations she has with Koyin and Jason Jae.”
Reacting to her comment, Kola added: “I hope my team change the narrative of this Ozo and Nengi thing, I will do same when I come out.”
In 2020, during the BBNaija Lockdown edition, reality star, Ozo expressed romantic interest in female housemate Nengi, but she rejected his love proposition, saying she had a boyfriend outside the house.
Despite her stance, Nengi’s behavior suggested she enjoyed Ozo’s attention and affection.
Some fans of BBNaija who were displeased with the way Ozo handled the situation, labelled him a “simp” after the show.
